  1. Downtown First Wednesday Art Walk

  • Date: April 3

  • Downtown Art Walk has been a long-standing monthly event that has attracted over half a million visitors to Downtown Jacksonville. Bring your family, friends and coworkers to Downtown Jax on the first Wednesday of every month, rain or shine. The hub of Art Walk is at James Weldon Johnson Park but many other businesses open up their doors in the Downtown core on Art Walk night. Event Details.

  1. 32nd Springing The Blues Jazz Festival

  • Date: April 4th - 7th, 2024

  • Immerse yourself in the smooth sounds of jazz at the annual Jazz Festival held at Seawalk Pavilion in Downtown Jacksonville. Enjoy performances by local and international artists, along with food vendors and a vibrant atmosphere. Event Details

  1. Clay County Agricultural Fair

  • Date: April 4th - 14th

  • The Clay County Agricultural Fair is one of Florida’s many county fairs to attend this year. There are plenty of things to do at this fair. Whether it’s riding midway fairs, checking out livestock exhibits, or listening to musicians at Cattlemen’s Arena, there’s something for everyone at this fair. General admission is $15 per adult and $9 per child, ages 6 to 12. Children 5 and under are admitted free. Event Details

  1. The 41st Annual St. Augustine Lions Seafood Festival

  • Date: April 6th - 7th

  • In addition to tons of seafood options, this event has live entertainment, an Arts & Crafts Village, vintage vendors, carnival rides, and fun kids’ activities. The festival is hosted by the St. Augustine Lions Club. Proceeds from this event benefit a variety of local and national causes. Event Details.

  1. Nature Walk at Camp Milton Historic Preserve

  • Date: April 13th

  • Join other nature lovers for a nature walk at Camp Milton Historic Preserve on Saturday, April 13th, at 9 am. It's National Peach Cobbler Day! The event is free and family-friendly. No experience is necessary. Please leave your pets at home. Bring binoculars if you have them and plenty of water. Avoid strong scents to not disturb wildlife. Check out the details here.

  • Date: April 19th - 20th

  • The Red Fish Bash Tournament in St. Augustine is a highly anticipated annual fishing competition where anglers compete to catch the largest redfish against the backdrop of the city’s historic charm and coastal beauty. Check out more details here.

  1. Jax Beach 45th Annual Sandcastle Contest

  • Date: April 27th

  • Join other sand castle enthusiasts for the 45th Annual Sandcastle Contest hosted by the City of Jacksonville Beach! Happening on Saturday, April 27, 2024, at 2:30 PM, on the beach north of the Jacksonville Beach Pier.
